Kern Dance Alliance is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Children’s Dance Education and Outreach Event at the Fox Theater .  This special event benefits local children from the Bakersfield Homeless Center, CASA, Garden Pathways, Boys and Girls Club, and other organizations that serve socio and economically disadvantaged children by providing them with an afternoon of dance at one of Kern County’s most treasured theaters.

Sponsored by Chevron, Arts Council of Kern,  Stria and the Fox Theater Foundation, the Children’s Dance Education and Outreach Event provides children with a live dance performance, dance class/choreography, and the opportunity to perform on the Fox stage.  Additionally, children learn about the history of the Fox and are provided with snacks donated by Grimmway Farms.
